Download a SphereXG project to view and archive it offline.

⚠️ Unsupported browser. This downloader requires a Chromium-based browser (Chrome 86+, Edge 86+, or Opera 72+) because it uses the File System Access API. Firefox and Safari are not supported.

Project URL

Paste a SphereXG project URL from either the Sphere Viewer (https://viewer.holobuilder.com/project/<projectId>) or the Sphere Dashboard (https://sphere.holobuilder.com/<companyId>/projects/<projectId>/details). .eu domains are also supported.

Folder name

Name of the folder created inside the parent folder you select. Leave blank to use the automatic name (name_id_date).

Include the offline viewer in the download

⚠️ The offline viewer is an early alpha preview — expect bugs and significant changes in future versions. Your downloaded project data is unaffected and can always be viewed later.

Some files could not be downloaded and were skipped, so this archive is missing data.

🔁 How to complete it:

Run the download again into the same folder — files that are already there are skipped, so only the missing ones are fetched. This fixes failures caused by a dropped connection.
download.log — In your download folder; it lists every file that failed and why
If the same files keep failing, re-running will not help: the destination folder is probably too deep, because Windows limits how long a full file path may be. Download into a shorter path, such as C:\Archives, and try again.
